Self-knowledge and acceptance of oneself are activities that must be developed often in order to make our lives better. We have to know who we really are, dare to be faithful to our happiness and be consistent with what we believe in. However, being so accustomed to focusing our attention on our external circumstances – competing against each other to earn money, hold power and achieve success -, many of us have almost completely marginalized what is going on inside us. Nevertheless, I also think that you are continually discovering yourself.

I made a project about the acceptance of oneself with Berta Raspall (@berta.raspall & @withbers, http://www.bertaraspall.com), an artist from Barcelona focused in photography and music, and this was the result. The shooting took place in a beautiful beach of Costa Brava, in Lloret de Mar in order to be in contact with nature: plants and sea.
